I would like to thank you for the wonderful time we spent at "Out On A Limb". My husband and I, and our four children (Maxwell 11, Katelyn 10, Lauren 6 & Jagger 3½) spent New Year's Eve 2008 week at "Out On A Limb". The kids thought the name of the house was very cute. They enjoyed playing with all the dried autumn leaves in the backyard and exploring throughout the front and back length of the property. The home is beautifully decorated. It has a great floorplan and truly made us feel right at home. The location to the home was very easy to get to and extremely close to The Biltmore Estate and from the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway. We truly enjoyed our time there and hope to return soon. Best regards and Happy New Year!

We stayed in the house with my brother-in-law and his family and had a wonderful time. In the morning we would see hummingbirds on deck and the kids would chase lightening bugs outside. The landscaping was beautiful and there were many thoughtful things in the house. There was plenty of room for 3 young kids and their parents. The house was very clean and the owner was very easy to talk to and helpful. It was close enough to Asheville that we could do all of the things there we wanted to do, and it was on a large enough property that we had privacy from neighbors. We would highly recommend this house, but if you have small children you do need to keep a close eye on them especially around the stairs. The only downside was that none of our cell phones worked from the house, but there was a land line available. Who doesn't need a break from their cell phone anyway?
