Rental Rates
A (2) night minimum is required year round. N.C. state and local taxes apply to all rental fees. Reservations are secured with a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee and taxes. Balances are due (7) days prior to occupancy and include remaining fees/taxes, security deposit and cleaning fee.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $100.00 will be held as remaining balances are secured and applied toward any damages to the premises during occupancy. Security deposits are fully refundable within (10) days following check-out provided there are no damages to the property. Any damages exceeding the amount of the security deposit will be charged to the lessee on file.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of $75.00 is payable as remaining balances are secured.
Additional Guests
A $25.00 per person fee applies to additional occupants over the allowed maximum, where applicable. Occupancy violations will result in a rent forfeiture and immediate eviction of all guests.
Cancellations
A $25.00 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
Refunds
1. Cancellations made within (30) days of the reservation date will receive a full refund. 2. Cancellations made within (15) days of the reservation date will receive a 50% refund. 3. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date will forfeit 100% of the deposit and rental fee.
Early Departure
No refund for early departures.
Vacation Rental Agreement
Tenants are required to enter into a NC Vacation Rental Agreement under the NC Vacation Rental Act.
Check-In
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check Out
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises at any time. Violations will result in rent forfeiture and immediate eviction of all guests.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the rental. Smoking is allowed outside the home(s) with designated areas for disposal. Smoking inside the home(s) is considered damage to the property and will result in additional charges/loss of security deposit |
